Thank you for using Swamp Outlaw to lift your Honda ATC! Please read through this before ordering as there are several options and parts required to complete your build. For more information on lift kits make sure to follow the Swamp Outlaw Facebook page.
Sprockets: We offer 3 different sizes of sprockets 65T 80T and 90T. These bolt up in place of the factory sprockets with the exception of the earlier model 81 and 82 where our adapter is required to install. Swamp Outlaw Part# SO-8082-100. Make sure to keep in mind ground clearance when selecting sprockets.
Here are my recommendations for sprocket selection
26”-28” Tire 65 Tooth
29”-32” Tire 80 Tooth
33”-35” Tire 90 Tooth
Chain: Our sprockets are cut to use factory size 520 Chain. 4” Lift with 65T Sprocket uses about 120 links and 6” Lift with 80T Sprocket uses 140 links. This should give you a good reference for how much you need when ordering a chain.
