  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Return Process

  3. Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
